When viewing an order in Approval History you currently can't tell if an item was denied unless you click to "print" the order detail. This should be easily viewable on the order detail screen. When an item is added it has an "item history" note -...

Customers have expressed the desire to be able to expand all orders on the order history screen. It appears you can expand them all one by one in the new UI. Apparently there used to be an option to expand All at the same time.
