Pop up appears every time an item is added to cart

Every time I add an item to my cart, a pop up window appears telling me I added an item to my cart. I then need to either close the window or click somewhere else on the screen. If you are adding lots of items that a lot of extra clicking. Ideally, after I add an item to my cart it will update the cart count in the upper right hand corner, and return the cursor to the search field.
