With the new set up for secured passwords is needed it also cripples mass user set up. Currently there are some issues with the user email being sent before the user is finished. But we will need to address the large user set up. All other requirements are a must so why can this not be turned off and on with the user set up. A phone call to discuss would be appreciated

We're reversing all the things that came along with the new password requirements, including the email changes. When we redesign, we will take into account the needs for setting up large accounts and other feedback we've received. We are going to work with you and other customers to make sure we cover use cases. In some instances we may have to make compromises in the name of security, but we'll try to accommodate what we can while keeping sensitive data secure.
Totally agree with Jeff's assessment. We can't finish setting up logins/approvers before the email is sent. Need ability to hold the login before email gets sent.
