The new UI moved the "Deny" button when denying an individual item to a black bar at the bottom of the screen during the approval process. It doesn't catch anyone's attention, and is often missed, giving approvers the impression that feature is "broken" and calling us to make changes to orders or denying whole orders. Can the bar be moved up the page, given a different color, open in a sidebar, (insert other option here)? Anything that makes it more easily identified and visible to customers would be appreciated.
I have had several customers recently bring this issue to our attention. They think they are denying the item and then the order goes through and we have to manually make the change. I agree, a bolder color or pop in the middle of the screen, anything more obvious would help the situation.
