We often get customers asking us to approve a pending order for them because the designated approver is out of the office or no longer with the company. This requires us to either create a new approver login, log in, and approve the order, or send a password reset to ourselves for the approver's login, log in, and approve the order. If you have deleted the bottom level of the approval chain, you are no longer able to approve the order. Clicking the "approval transfer" button rarely shows anyone that you can transfer it to (even when there should be). Could you add an "approve order" button next to all orders pending approval in the Order Management screen?
