We have had issues in the past where emails from customers requesting rewards have not come through to our emails, resulting in the customer reaching out much later & asking why they have not received their reward. Having a widget on the rewards dashboard on ECInteractive that shows recent orders (and that leads to a full list of all orders) would be very helpful in these situations. I could check to see if new orders have come in & could more easily verify when a customer emails about the rewards order.
