Ability to Delete Inactive Slides in the Theater Slide Show

Need to be able to delete inactive slide show slides. This would be for general maintenance when there are inactive slides that may never be used again. Also as dealers test new image banners and especially HTML/CSS banners, they need a way to delete those testing banners.
